5. Product Listings and Transactions

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and descriptions
• All pharmaceutical products must comply with relevant regulatory requirements
• PharmaCountry does not manufacture, sell, or distribute any products directly
• Transactions are conducted between buyers and sellers; PharmaCountry acts as a facilitator
• Sellers must honor the prices and terms stated in their listings
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for fulfilling their contractual obligations

6. Fees and Payments

• Certain features and services may require payment of fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with notice

• You agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal legal action

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
